from the A&SH tray..........
Two Jocks from 'A' Company, hitchhiking their way home from Cyprus to Scotland. They arrive starving in Pisa, Italy, at 3 o'clock in the morning and order spaghetti. One Jock finds it difficult to eat. A big buxom, well-endowed waitress with a low neckline puts her arms round him from behind to show him how. The spaghetti went everywhere, his face went scarlet, the locals went into fits and the waitress didn't bat an eyelid.

A 'bivvy' camp set-up in the Libyan desert by 'A' Company, somewhere south of El Adem.

Proof that the desert is not all sand!

Just try sleeping on that!
